● Change or suggest other fabric weight or composition of fabric to reduce the cost
● Offer your existing or previous sample, main fabric color and all brand name logo which may rerun and work
frequently. We can prepare all approval sample and keep fabric in stock.
● Give us a list of items you plan to order quarterly. We offer more styles for you to select.
● Our Sourcing Team: We have 4 colleagues in our sourcing team.
- It is leaded by a Sourcing manager in our office in China.
- We are familiar with all the major manufacturers in all different products, e.g. garment, metal, leather, apparel, etc.
- Our Sourcing Manager would make decision with the given information and confirm which to place orders to.
● Our QC Team:
-Factory audit including evaluation and select qualified supplier for production by the number of workers,
machines and production lines. Also, the safety regulation standard.
-Inspection would be taken 3 times, in-line, mid-team and final.
-All these would help to save cost of using other 3rd party inspection firm.
-3 people in our Out-factory team.
-6 people in our In-house team in our factories.
